To make thermal cooler bags, in order to have better insulation effect,the airtightness and materials are very important. In the market, there are many thermal cooler bags that use aluminum foil as the surface material  or lining.  the features of the aluminum foil is its obstruction.It can block the thermal radiation. It can help to keep the temperature through its good heat conductor and convective characters.
